TUITION REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES
- A full refund of tuition, tool &
text kit and application fee will be available if the school cancels the
program.
- A full refund of tuition, tool &
text kit and application fee will be available if applicant is not accepted
by the school.
- There will be a refund of the
$150.00 admission fee which must accompany each application for enrollment
if student leaves before 5 days of classes.
- Every application for admission
must be accompanied with the $150.00 admission fee. Applications submitted
without the fee will not be considered. All applications must be accompanied
with a copy of your high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- The admission fee is fully
refundable if the student cancels enrollment after the 5th calendar day
following the date of enrollment by prior to the beginning of classes.
- For any student withdrawing from
any program after the start date, the following refund schedules will apply.
These sums are registered with the state of PA and cannot be altered.
80 HOUR GROOMER’S ASSISTANT PROGRAM:
Withdrawal up to 10% of available, scheduled class day (1)

- In the case of prolonged illness or personal trauma whereby it becomes
impossible for a student to complete a program, PPSDG will follow the refund
schedules provided.
- There
is no refund or return available for the tool & text kit.

Students eligible for a refund will be paid within 30 days according to the
last date of attendance
- In the
event PPSDG terminates a student due to misconduct in accordance with the
PPSDG Student Conduct Code, the refund will be paid using the refund
schedules provided.
- The
Student Conduct Code is given to each student on the first day of
enrollment.
- All
students will be expected to maintain a 75% or higher grade average
throughout their program. This grade average will encompass all areas of
learning including: hands-on training, written tests, home studies, etc.
Grading process to be explained on orientation day.

Attendance will be monitored closely. PPSDG does not tolerate sporadic
attendance. Graduation dates will not be changed. We are open 6 days per
week and give each student ample opportunity to make up missed days before
their graduation date. These make up days are available at no cost to the
student.
- Late
arrivals and early dismissals must be discussed with an instructor or
manager beforehand. If this becomes a constant occurrence the above will
apply.

above information carefully. It is important that you understand the policies
and regulations of PPSDG. We realize that each student comes to us bearing
different issues. We ask that those personal issues are left at the door so that
we can help enable you professionally. We are here to instruct you in the art of
pet grooming. Please let us do our job!
